but under that condition many people arent since Sakuya for example doesnt have enough ms or as i cant remember. Kaas doesnt have enough basic etc... This char actually is useable for TVT, even tought it destroyes the pure NSE character the Tournament had till now.

Related to the old requirements Kaas wouldn't be accepted just as well. And there are some wars and bs with such a lack at range. Of course they all only have lacks where they don't need the stats anyway, but I'm relating to the old stat requirements, not logical requirements for tvt use. But that is why they are changed :wink:
