Xiaoyu: No one plays RIS anymore because it’s unplayable. We are testing an interesting private server just to play sometimes. The gameplay looks like the 2009/2010 Rakion. GM’s are going to put the Supermode there.. Apr 9, 2019 19:27:39 GMT 1

Well the thing is there is info to be found about it that game will be on steam or rakion 1.

Rakion 1 was in greenlight on steam so imo it would be weird if they put rakion 2 on steam

But on the otherside... softynx is a pretty weird company... so most of the time its obvious they want to fuck us....

All those combo's, fireballs and enormous hit ranges... seems like watching Dragon Ball. And i can't imagine what will happen by adding bugs and lag... Omg.

I really hope that Softnyx wont just progressively abandon the old Rakion and the old players...

I dont think they will abandon rakion 1 cause maybe its pretty dead here and in america but in the Phillipines its still pretty active. Only thing I really hope is that they also put rakion 1 on steam. Most bug and connection problems will be gone...

RIS is anyway just more a hobby server to Softnyx. RLS is the real thing for them. If you do some research you will find out that they even make Rakion events in these Regions and host structured LAN-Partys. Also the RLS player are propably more opened to the newer stuff by Softnyx like dbs and nws. If the majority of them moves to Rakion 2 I think Softnyx wont seem much of a point to carry on "maintaining" (I can´t even believe I call the service "maintaining") Rakion Chaos Force.
But we will see it anyway...

A positiv point about that Rakion 2 is that at least in the video it isn´t destroyed and totally unbalanced. But it´s Softnyx and I´m sure that it will be some month after release xD

I actually asked Softnyx on that, That ISNT by the same company. Rakion two is made from someone else apparently. Honestly with Rakion now.. I would give Rakion 2 a try with how much Rakion 1 is becoming a need to cash game now.
